Today we were reading about the Maori Creation Story and once we finished reading the story we had to do a google slide about it and summarise the whole story in our own words I did this DLO( Digital Learning Object) with my Best Friend Natezzhia and FYI you have to press on the link to view our DLO comment if you need access  we really hope you like our DLO!:D

 

 

 

Today we were doing cybersmart and we were learning how to screenshot which we already know how to do. We had to do this BINGO board and screenshot some things that were one the board and we also had to do another activity which was creating a crazy animal, which means combining other animals together to make one crazy animal. My favourite was probably doing the BINGO board. I really hope you like mine:) Do I need to work on some things?

 

Yesterday (21st of March) it was World Down Syndrome day and at school we had to wear like mismatched socks or funky socks and stuff like that, on that day we had to do a DLO ( Digital Learning Object) about Down Syndrome I was doing it yesterday but I wasn’t able to finish it so today I was able too! This one is mine and I really hope you like it:)

Today we were doing writing and we had to write about camp but the thing is that I actually didn’t go to camp so we could write about what we did when the seniors were at camp and this is what I wrote I really hope you like it:)

It’s really fun writing when you listen to music because it’s relaxing and helps you to concentrate if people around you are distracting so I really recommend listening to music while doing any school work especially writing.

 

What I did during the days the seniors were at camp:D

I didn’t go to camp, that’s why I’m going to write things I did while the seniors were at camp.

Wednesday:

On Wednesday I went to school and I was put in room 18 with my friend. It was pretty fun and I spent my whole lunchtime in the library reading books. After school I just chilled at home and played with my lil brother:)

Thursday:

On Thursday I stayed at home, we were supposed to go out somewhere but Zion (my lil brother) got sick🤒 , so I had to help out my mum so that she doesn’t get too stressed with Zion. Zion had a really high fever. It was like 39.5-40.1 which was really high.

Friday:

On Friday Zion was still not feeling that well. So we had to go to a 24 hour surgery clinic. When we told the problems Zion had they gave him antibiotics and Zion kept scratching himself and he got eczema. It’s so bad we had to get him cream and we kept telling him to stop scratching but he kept on scratching so of course it got worse.

Today we did some research about Hanmer Springs, since the Seniors are going on camp in Hanmer Springs. I did my DLO( Digital Learning Object) on a Google Slide and I really hope you like it:)

 

I wrote a poem of things I like and things I don’t like. Each line has to link  e.g. fruit, animal or food. It was very fun to do, for me to be able to do this  I had to do it on a google drawing. Here is the poem I did I really hope you enjoy reading it:)

 

Today in class time we were researching about the weather climates around New Zealand and I did the West Coast Weather and Climate and this one below is mine.

Kia Ora

This term we have been doing spelling in class and my group was learning about prefixes. So I did a DLO with my friend and we had some words that we had to find that were prefixes and here is our DLO. Do you think we need anything to work on or fix anything? Did you like our DLO

This term in week 5  we ere learning how to use alliteration. Alliteration is when Two or more words start with the same letter but it doesn’t always have to be a letter in can sometimes be the sounds like c and k they both sound the same. We used alliteration by making a poem and there was a topic on our poem and it had to be about a season I did Summer because I like hot days and being at the beach. I used Google slides to make this.
